Last updated: 21 October 2026 · applies to SKYLASH version 0.1 and later updates until this page changes.
SKYLASH ("the game", "we") is a single-player racing game. This policy explains what information the game handles and what it does with it. In short: the current version keeps your progress on your own device and does not collect, sell or share personal information.
1. Information stored on your device
The game saves the following only on your device, so that your progress is there the next time you play:
- your pilot name (whatever you type in Settings; it does not have to be your real name),
- career progress, stars, best times, upgrade levels, currencies (Credits and Plasma), Battle Pass progress and the cosmetics you own or equip,
- "ghost" recordings of your best runs (the path of your car on each track),
- your settings (volume, graphics quality, steering sensitivity, auto-throttle).
This information never leaves your device in the current version. Uninstalling the game, or Settings › Reset, deletes it.
2. Photos
Photo Mode can save a picture of the game to your device's photo gallery when you press the shutter button. On iOS the game asks for permission to add photos; it cannot see or read the photos already in your library. On Android the picture is added to Pictures/SKYLASH. The game does not upload these pictures anywhere.
3. Technical information collected by the game engine
SKYLASH is made with the Unity engine. Unity may send anonymous technical information about the device (for example the device model, operating system version, graphics hardware and screen resolution) to Unity Technologies to help them improve the engine. This information does not include your name, your progress or your photos. See Unity's privacy policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
4. What the game does not do
- No account or sign-in is required.
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
- No in-app purchases with real money in the current version; Plasma and Credits are earned by playing.
- No location, contacts, microphone, camera or other personal data.
- We do not sell or share personal information with anyone.
5. Future features
Planned updates may add optional Google sign-in with cloud save, online multiplayer and leaderboards, optional rewarded ads and in-app purchases. Before any of these ship, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what is collected, why, and how to delete it, and the store's data-safety section will be updated to match.
6. Children
SKYLASH is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date.
